■ M-Type Folding Arm Sampler Performance Characteristics (RXM type)

The inner part of the M-type sampler tank adopts a folding structure, which is mainly installed in the tank of the floating roof tank, and the internal servo system is suspended on the floating ship. The in-tank bracket of the M sampler from UME uses the most advanced string strengthening technology, resulting in higher strength and lighter weight of the support arm, less than 150KG of force on the float, and longer life. It can strictly comply with proportional sampling (such as 5/6 up, 1/2 middle, 1/6 down) and full sampling, etc., and can be used well for general floating roof tanks.

The internal part of the D type equal proportion sampler tank adopts the patented structure specially developed by UI Company for aluminum floating roof and other special storage tanks (such as extra-high tank). The whole structure is made of flexible materials, which has long life and reliable use. Especially, the tension of the structure on the float is very small (less than 5kg), so the structure will not cause any adverse impact on the float. The flexible structure ensures that the sampling mechanism will never cause any damage to the tank, so the D-type sampler is a safest sampling mechanism, and can be used in both floating and arch tanks if conditions permit. It is a universal sampling mechanism.

Q sampler is a uniform sampling device, it can be applied to the arch and floating roof tank, recommended to use in the arch tank, the structure adopts the method of uniform opening of the whole sampling pipeline, with the forced circulation of the sampling controller, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform sampling, and can also be segmented for uniform sampling. The structure is mainly used in places with special requirements for uniform sampling, such as asphalt, heavy oil, residual oil, crude oil, etc.
